Knowing the status of your ChargerGoGo stations helps you quickly diagnose issues and ensure optimal revenue generation. Here's what each status means:
Online
The station is fully operational.
Users Can Rent Batteries: Users are able to rent batteries from the station.
Offline
The station is not operational or stored without power.
Users Cannot Rent Batteries: Users are unable to rent batteries.

Searching Stations
To locate a specific charging station or a group of stations deployed at various venues, tap on "By Station ID" to toggle between the available options.
Checking Battery Quantity and Health
To monitor battery status, go to “Manage Slot” and check the following:
Empty Slots: The station needs battery refills.
Battery Remains Same Percentage: Replace the non-charging battery.
Errored Slots: Some items might stuck inside the station and need to be removed.
Note: Distribution partners can also eject batteries to resolve issues.
Set Up Wi-Fi
You can set up Wi-Fi through the GoGo Host app. Here's what you need to know:
Supported Frequency: Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported.
Connection Requirement: Ensure the Charging Station is connected to the 4G network during setup.
Accuracy: Verify that the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly without any typos.
View QR Code
If the station QR code is not visible, use the "View QR" feature to conduct station inspections.
Adjust the Volume on the Station
You can adjust the speaker volume on the station.
Remove the Station from the Store
If the station is no longer at the venue, use this feature to unlink and remove the station from the store
