How to Create a Store?

1. Tap on the “Manage” Tab

  • Open the GoGo Host App.
  • Tap on the “Manage” tab.

2. Tap on “Stores”

  • Select the “Stores” option from the menu.

3. Tap on the “+” Symbol

  • Tap the “+” symbol to add a new store.

4. Search the Store Name or Address

  • Enter the store name or address in the search bar.

5. Tap on “Select This Store” to Continue

  • If the store appears in the search results, tap “Select This Store”.
    • If you can’t find the store or address through the map, tap “Create store manually”.
    • Move the pin manually for more accurate placement.

6. Confirm Listed Information then Tap “Next”

  • Review the listed store information.
    • Tap “Edit Store Info” to update any details.
    • Ensure the store hours are correctly set.
  • Tap “Next”.

7. Assign to a Venue Operator (Optional)

  • If desired, assign a Venue Operator (VO):
    • Fill out the necessary details for the VO.
    • Revenue-Sharing and Referral Sharing Rate: Define the sharing rates for the VO.
    • Need to Sign: Select this option if you require the VO to sign a host agreement.

8. Skip This Step (Optional)

  • If you prefer, you can skip the VO assignment and add one later.

9. Setup Pricing Plan

  • Choose one of the available pricing plans from the dropdown menu.
  • Ensure the switch is toggled on to show the station on the map.
  • Specify the placement location of your station.
  • Enter the Station ID you want to link with.

10. Tap the “Complete” Button

  • Review all the details and tap the “Complete” button to finish the setup process. Your store is now successfully added to the ChargerGoGo network.
