How to Create a Venue Operator?

To create a Venue Operator, follow these steps:

1. Select “Manage” from the Bottom Navigation Bar

  • Open the GoGo Host App.
  • Go to the bottom navigation bar and select “Manage”.

2. Go to the “Host” Tab

  • Navigate to the “Host” tab.

3. Tap on the “+” Button

  • Tap the “+” button to start creating a Venue Operator.

4. Fill in the Basic Venue Operator Information

  • Enter the following details:
    • Full Legal Name
    • Legal Business Name
    • Job Title
    • Email & Confirm Email
    • Business Address (if any)

5. Set Up the Revenue Sharing

  • Define the revenue sharing terms:
    • Revenue Sharing: Cannot be below 0% or exceed 30% (Note: This is between you and the Venue Operator).
    • Referral Sharing: Cannot be below 0% or exceed 10% (Note: This is provided by ChargerGoGo).

6. Choose If a Host Agreement Needs to Be Signed

  • Decide if a host agreement is required:
    • If the “Need to Sign” box is checked, a host agreement will be sent with the previously entered information.

7. Tap “Add” to Complete the Process

  • Review the information and tap “Add” to complete the creation of the Venue Operator.

By following these steps, you will successfully create and set up a Venue Operator in the GoGo Host App.

8. Review and Manage Venue Operators

  • You can review the Venue Operator information on the list and perform the following actions:
    • View Stations: See the stations deployed at this Venue Operator’s store.
    • Edit Contact Information: Update the Venue Operator’s contact details.
    • Remove Host: If the Venue Operator is no longer doing business with you, remove them by tapping on “Remove Host”.
