If you are new to our network, here is what you need to know about our pricing structure and strategy:

General Guidelines

  1. Affordable Pricing: Generally speaking, the more affordable the price you set on the stations, the higher the potential for users to pick up a charger at your charging station.
  2. ChargerGoGo Pricing Structure:
    • Unlock Fee: This fee offsets payment gateway fees.
    • Hourly Rate: This is how much you charge for each hour of rental.
    • Daily Max: This cap ensures users do not get overcharged, which helps prevent customer complaints. It is set to $10 per day.
    • Lost Charger Fee: If a user does not return the battery within 48 hours, it is considered lost. It is a one-time $45 charge.
  3. Demographic Fit: Avoid creating prices that do not fit the demographic. Conducting some research beforehand can be helpful in setting up your price.
