Withdraw Your Income from GoGo Host App

Follow these steps to complete your withdrawal request:

1. Tap on the “Profile” Tab

  • Open the app and tap on the “Profile” tab.

2. Go to “Account Balance” and Tap “Request Balance Withdrawal”

  • Navigate to “Account Balance”.
  • Tap on “Request Balance Withdrawal”.

3. Read Through the Note and Tap “Continue”

  • Carefully read the note provided.
  • Tap “Continue” to proceed.

4. Enter Request Amount

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum withdrawal is $50).

5. Tap “Request”

  • Tap “Request” to submit your withdrawal request.

6. Request Completed

  • Your withdrawal request is now completed.

Follow these steps to check your withdrawal request status:

1. Go to “Account Balance” and Tap “View History”

  • Navigate to “Account Balance”.
  • Tap on “View History”.

2. View Withdrawal Request Status

  • Check the status of your withdrawal request and the amount.

3. Status Update

  • Once your withdrawal has been issued, the status will update to “Completed”.

ChargerGoGo handles payouts on the 1st and 15th of every month. Here's how it works:

  • Payout Dates: If your withdrawal request falls between the 1st and the 14th of the month, your payment will be submitted on the 15th. Conversely, if your withdrawal request falls between the 15th and the last day of the month (30th/31st), your payment will be submitted on the 1st of the following month.
  • Payout Method: We'll process your funds through Bill.com. For your initial withdrawal, you'll receive an invitation from Bill.com to set up your bank account. After accepting the invite and setting up your account, all subsequent withdrawals will be directly deposited into the bank account you've established via the Bill.com invite.
  • Payment Options: ChargerGoGo offers two payout options for your convenience: ePayment and check from Bill.com.
    • ePayment: If you opt for ePayment, your funds will be electronically deposited. This method typically takes 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in your account.
    • Check: If you choose to receive payment by check, it will be physically mailed to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Please be aware that if you request to void an issued check, a $25 handling fee will be charged to your account.
