ChargerGoGo Return Policy

List of non-returnable items
1. Open-boxed stations are non-returnable.
2. A minimum purchase of 20 stations is required to be eligible for a return.
3. If the item returned was not specified for return in the agreement or contract, we cannot process the return.

Unopened Charging Stations:
If you have an unopened charging station, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an 80% refund. The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Out-of-the-box Charging Stations:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for charging stations that have been opened, damaged, or installed at venues.

Our Return Process:
1. Contact our customer success team within 30 days of receiving the charging station to request a refund. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and guide you through the return process.Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the package to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
